Workshop Facilitation Fee: £700 per workshop

Our original mapping service, with community engagement, extra data protection, and change over time analysis.

• Views and Analysis designed before the whole community is engaged to ensure the map’s insights fulfil the brief.

• Support to run your own mapping workshops (or you can hire us to run them for you).

• A dynamic relational map generated within a 1 hour workshop.

• Instant analysis accessible within that first workshop.

• Bespoke Views and Insights shared in a post-workshop strategic meeting.

• Views shared with the community to help distribute the collective intelligence of the maps for community action.

• Support to share news of the map with the wider community and offer workshops and remote links to join the map.

• A Map Report and Action Plan that builds the map insights into a community building plan (and optional videoconference to share this with the community)

• GDPR compliant map access for all, for 1 year.

Optional Extras:

• Support to run Re-mapping workshops after 1 year (or we can be hired to run them for you).

• End of Programme Views and a Change Over Time Report that looks at how patterns of collaborations, trust, and resourcing have changed over time.

Workshop Facilitation Fee: £700 per workshop

This tier sees us mapping at the beginning of your programme and then once every 12 months for the duration of the programme.

The structure allows us to work dynamically with the maps, meeting with your community representatives on a quarterly basis to absorb new relational patterns and embed the insights from the Map Action Plan in response to what’s actually happening on the ground.

For this type of multi-year project, we would expect to work with community engagement specialists, peer researchers or another type of community representative.
